HOMEMADE BLUE CHEESE DRESSING

I recently ordered a wedge salad for lunch.  Unfortunately, the blue cheese dressing that came with it was that sweet, gummy stuff that comes in a bottle.  It doesn’t even look right, and it ruined the salad.  Inexcusable!  Blue cheese dressing is so easy to make, and turns an ordinary salad (or buffalo chicken wings) into something worth bragging about — don’t you agree?
