Gotta love the farmers market! A pretty composed salad of local tomatoes, basil, and jalapenos, with sweet Vidalia onion and oil-cured olives. A sprinkle of salt and pepper, a drizzle of olive oil and red wine vinegar, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. Beautiful!
